Join us for an immersive Thanksgiving cookery class where tradition meets taste! Under the guidance of our chef, you'll learn to prepare an unforgettable holiday meal featuring all the classic dishes that make Thanksgiving special. From mastering the art of roasting a perfectly golden, juicy Turkey, to finishing with a delicious Pumpkin and Pecan Pie, you can be sure that this class will equip you with all the knowledge and techniques you need to create a memorable, delicious Thanksgiving dinner from start to finish.

Course Overview

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before the class begins for refreshments and registration to ensure the class begins on time

  • Cookery classes include a mixture of hands-on cooking and demonstrations to help you get the most out of your time with us

  • Take a break in the middle of the day to enjoy the dishes you have made thus far, before going back into the school for the rest of your course. At the end of the class, you will again be seated around the Chef's Table to enjoy the further dishes you have created, accompanied with a refreshment to reward your hard work.

  • Any food that you have created that you do not wish to eat on the day can be packaged up for you to take home with you. We will provide you with containers to take food home and bags to carry them in, however in the interest of sustainability we encourage you to bring your own from home.

  • Take home your creations, new found knowledge and The Kitchen Apron as a souvenir of your day.
