No party is complete without some delicious canapés to keep your guests satisfied whilst you entertain them, so join us for a shared experience creating delicious bites that are perfect for sharing. Under the expert guidance of Gerard our Chef Tutor, you will learn tips of the trade, along with a fun and fabulous cocktail making experience.
Whether you have an all-important family dinner approaching or just want to expand your repertoire whilst meeting like-minded people, our Supper Club evenings will introduce you to new flavours in a fun and relaxed setting.

Course Overview
We kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes before the class begins for registration to ensure the class begins on time.
Cookery classes include a mixture of hands-on cooking and demonstrations to help you get the most out of your time with us.
Sit down around the chefs demonstration table at the end of the class to enjoy your delicious creations.
Take home your new found knowledge and skills from the class, along with The Kitchen Apron and Recipe Pack as a souvenir of your evening at the cookery school!

In the majority of cases we will be able to adjust dishes to accommodate all dietary requirements so please let our reservation team know before you book or on your web booking. There are a very few classes that cannot successfully be adapted to accommodate a certain dietary requirement. If this is the case we will be more than happy to recommend a class to suit your needs.
