Join us for a fun filled culinary adventure in our Junior Chef cookery class, where creativity meets deliciousness in every bite.
In these exciting hands on sessions, budding junior chefs will learn to create a full meal from scratch, building essential kitchen skills while exploring flavours from around the world.
16th of April:
Main Course: Roll up your sleeves and dive into the world of Mediterranean cooking with Greek Kofta Kebabs, tender, spiced meatballs cooked to perfection. Paired with homemade Tzatziki & soft flatbreads, this dish is packed with flavour and fun to make. Children will learn how to mix, season, shape and serve like real chefs.
Dessert: Next, it is time for something sweet. Our junior chefs will whip up a classic Apple & Blackberry Crumble, layering juicy fruits with a golden, buttery topping. It is a perfect balance of tangy and sweet, and a wonderful way to learn about baking techniques.
18th of April:
Main Course: Master the art of making creamy, flavourful Beef Stroganoff with Egg Noodles, a hearty classic featuring tender beef, rich sauce, and a touch of elegance. Children will learn key techniques like sautéing, sauce-making, and creating a perfectly balanced dish.
Dessert: Bake a batch of irresistible Chocolate Chip Muffins, soft, fluffy, and bursting with gooey chocolate goodness. It is a sweet treat they will love to create and eat.
28th of May:
Main Course: Create a hearty Chicken & Chorizo Ragu, a deliciously rich and smoky dish bursting with Mediterranean-inspired flavours. Children will learn techniques like sautéing, simmering, and seasoning to perfection.
Dessert: Bake a zesty Lemon Drizzle Cake, a light and fluffy classic with a sweet citrus glaze. Perfect for young bakers, it is a treat they will be proud to serve.
30th of May:
Main Course: Learn to create a fragrant & flavourful Chicken Biryani, a much-loved classic packed with aromatic spices, tender chicken, and fluffy rice. Children will master layering ingredients and balancing spices to perfection.
Dessert: Dive into making a comforting Bread & Butter Pudding, a timeless treat with golden layers of buttery bread and a rich custard. It is a delicious way to learn the basics of baking and dessert preparation.
These hands on classes are designed to inspire confidence, creativity, and a love for cooking. By the end, your junior chef will have a delicious meal to take home, along with new skills to show off in the kitchen.
Parents/Guardians are not required to stay with children for the duration of the class, however a sign in form must be completed by each child's Parent/Guardian at the start of the session.

Please note that children attending Junior Chef Classes must be aged between 8-17. We are unable to accept children under the age of 8 due to Health and Safety. We reserve the right to turn children away who do not meet the minimum age requirement on the day of the class, and a refund will not be issued. Children must be able to reach and work at our workstations without the use of a stool or other object to raise them. All of our workstations are 900mm, the height of a standard kitchen surface.

Course Overview
Meet and greet with your Chef Tutor before making your way into the Kitchen Cookery School.
Get a feel for kitchen life at your own workstation with all the equipment and utensils you need to create your delicious dishes.
Take part in your cookery class, which will be a mixture of demonstration and hands on cooking.
Take home your creations, Recipe Pack and a Kitchen apron as a souvenir of your day!

In the majority of cases we will be able to adjust dishes to accommodate all dietary requirements so please let our reservation team know before you book or on your web booking. There are a very few classes that cannot successfully be adapted to accommodate a certain dietary requirement. If this is the case we will be more than happy to recommend a class to suit your needs.
