Chef Skills - Macarons Masterclass

£140 per person

Discover the art of making beautiful, delicate and delicious Italian macarons in this half day demonstrational & hands-on cookery class. Whether you are a beginner or looking to perfect your macaron technique, this class will guide you through every step of the process, from whipping up glossy Italian meringue to mastering the perfect macaronage.

In this class you will create elegant Raspberry & Vanilla Macarons, filled with a rich white chocolate ganache and bursting with flavour. Our chef tutor & team will demonstrate key techniques, including piping, baking and assembling the macarons with precision.

Course Overview

  • What You Will Learn: The science & technique behind perfect macaron shells, how to make and colour Italian meringue, the delicate art of folding 'macaronage' for that signature texture, piping consistently-sized macarons, and creating a creamy, decadent white chocolate ganache filling.

  • What You Will Get: A fun, interactive environment with personalised guidance, tips for troubleshooting common macaron issues, your own batch of stunning raspberry & vanilla macarons to take home (approx. 20-25 macarons), Cookery School apron, recipe cards & the confidence to recreate these treats at home.

  • Additional Info: All ingredients & equipment are provided. Please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. This class is suitable for gluten-free & vegetarian diets (please inform us of any allergies when booking).

  • This is make & take away class - lunch is not provided on this course.
