Autumn is a time of transformation and preparation. As nature readies itself for the colder months, so too will you prepare your taste buds for the comforting flavours that define this season. By the end of this class, you'll be armed with the skills and inspiration needed to create memorable meals that embrace the spirit of autumn. Get ready to savour the essence of autumn with a medley of Indian Spiced Aubergine Pickle, Tomato and Chilli Jam, Cured Salmon Gravlax, Garden Herb Oil, and Beetroot Sauerkraut.

Course Overview
Please arrive 15 minutes before the class begins for refreshments and registration to ensure the class begins on time.
Cookery classes include a mixture of hands-on cooking and demonstrations to help you get the most out of your time with us.
Please note that lunch is not included on this class, however you will be able to take home your delicious creations to enjoy!
Take home your new found knowledge and skills from the class, along with The Kitchen Apron and Recipe Pack as a souvenir of your time at the cookery school!

We will supply containers for you to transport your delicious creations home in, however in the interest of sustainability we encourage you to bring your own containers from home.
