Unveil the artistry and techniques behind crafting some of the most iconic Italian dishes – pasta, risotto, and gnocchi. This class is a celebration of the authentic skills Italian chefs wield to create exquisite flavours and unforgettable dining experiences.

This cookery class is more than just recipes; it's an immersion into the soul of Italian cuisine. You'll be encouraged to engage, ask questions, and indulge in the joys of hands-on cooking. As you roll, fold, stir, and plate, you'll feel the connection to the time-honoured practices that have shaped Italian gastronomy.

Course Overview

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before the class begins for refreshments and registration to ensure the class begins on time.

  • Cookery classes include a mixture of hands-on cooking and demonstrations to help you get the most out of your time with us.

  • Sit down at the end of your class to enjoy the dishes you have created, accompanied with a refreshment to reward your hard work.

  • Any food that you have created that you do not wish to eat on the day can be packaged up for you to take home with you. We will provide you with containers to take food home and bags to carry them in, however in the interest of sustainability we encourage you to bring your own from home.

  • Take home your new found knowledge and skills from the class, along with The Kitchen Apron and Recipe Pack as a souvenir of your time at the cookery school!

  • Gnocchi - Gnocchi al Pesto

Things to know

  • In the majority of cases we will be able to adjust dishes to accommodate all dietary requirements so please let our reservation team know before you book or on your web booking. There are a very few classes that cannot successfully be adapted to accommodate a certain dietary requirement. If this is the case we will be more than happy to recommend a class to suit your needs.

  • We are often making improvements to recipes and adapting the dishes taught on our classes to enhance your experience. Dishes on this class may be subject to change.
