A half day cookery class experience

Chef Tutor - Gerard Molloy

Embark on a culinary journey through the rich and diverse flavours of Britain's countryside with our Cooking Seasonal British Game cookery class. This immersive experience will guide you through the art of preparing and savouring some of the finest wild game the UK has to offer.

Cooking with seasonal British game is more than just a skill; it's a celebration of our natural heritage and a commitment to sustainable eating. By joining our class, you'll gain hands on experience and deepen your understanding of game meats, including their unique flavours, health benefits, and the best ways to cook them. You will then savour the fruits of your labour with a sit-down meal, enjoying the exquisite dishes you've crafted alongside fellow cooking enthusiasts.

Please kindly note that this course is not suitable for vegetarians. Dishes may be subject to change and will be dependent on the seasonal game that is available at the time of the class.
