Join us for a shared evening experience creating delicious Sushi under the expert guidance of Gerard our Chef Tutor, afterwards enjoying the dish together around the chef’s demonstration table accompanied with a Sake Cocktail to complement your cuisine perfectly.
Whether you have an all-important family dinner approaching or just want to expand your repertoire whilst meeting like-minded people, our Supper Club evenings will introduce you to new flavours in an intimate and relaxed setting.

Course Overview
We kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes before the class begins for registration to ensure the class begins on time.
Our Supper Club cookery classes focus on one meal. Cookery classes include a mixture of hands-on cooking and demonstrations to help you get the most out of your time with us.
Sit down around the chefs demonstration table after your class to enjoy your beautifully created Sushi and a delicious Sake Cocktail.
Take home your new found knowledge and skills from the class, along with The Kitchen Apron and Recipe Pack as a souvenir of your time at the cookery school!

In the majority of cases we will be able to adjust dishes to accommodate all dietary requirements so please let our reservation team know before you book or on your web booking. There are a very few classes that cannot successfully be adapted to accommodate a certain dietary requirement. If this is the case we will be more than happy to recommend a class to suit your needs.
