At the Chewton Glen Spa, we have two purpose-built fitness studios with an active class timetable and over 60 classes a week varied from dance to pilates, HIIT training to yoga.
Flex and Stretch are some of our popular classes, designed to improve flexibility mobility and reduce muscular restrictions. This class is mat based, using a series of stretches that target the most common troublesome areas, releasing muscle tension and joint stiffness.
For the more active, the Box Fit class combines traditional boxing moves and stances with aerobic fitness, circuit fitness and circuit training, perfect for improving your total body condition.
