Cowes Week Sailing Regatta - Exclusive Day Experience Package

Throughout the world, Cowes is known as the home of international yacht racing. Cowes Week was established during the late 9th century and is described as the greatest regatta of its kind in the world. The event sees an influx of around 1000 competing yachts together with some 8000 sailors and thousands of spectators.

As well as the racing, the activities ashore are just as much part of the whole event and we have put together an exclusive accommodation and activity package for guests to enjoy the Cowes Week 2010 Experience in the heart of the marina at the Harbour Club, a private venue with its panoramic balcony overlooking the marina where the competitors racing yachts are moored. As well as the food and drink for the day our special package also includes an exhilirating RIB (Rigid Inflatable Boat) blast around the Solent so you can get up close to the action of the racing fleet.

09:00am - Depart from your base at Chewton Glen

10:30am - Cowes Week Experience Club Opens
Come in and enjoy a glass of PIMMS and collect your complimentary Cowes Week Programme

11:00am - Welcome Introduction from Cowes Week organizers together with a brief history of the event and a glimpse of what to look out for during your day with us at the Experience Club

11:00am to 16:00pm - The Experience Club high speed RIB Powerboats will be available to take you out on the water to get close to the action of the live racing. An unforgettable experience
